How to use this course?
This is a 'self-study' course which you can start at anytime and have for life!
During the 5 Week Yoga Course, you will be guided step-by-step along the way.
This course takes you through the themes of the '5 Step Path of Living Yinly', spending 1 week per step
What is included in this course?
Every week you receive the following according to the weekly theme:
- Theme Introduction
An explanation on how the particular step relates to the theme (including the Traditional Chinese Medicine element you are working with and the benefits), plus what you can expect from the yoga session.
- x5 Yang Yoga Video's (25min each)
Each session is aligned to a specific element & season from Traditional Chinese Medicine - and also within the theme of the Steps of Living Yinly. Each yoga session is filmed in beautiful locations around Bali - bringing that Bali Bliss feeling to you, wherever you are in the world!
- x5 Yin Yoga Audio (1hr each) and PDF posture guide
This includes audio of me speaking through a 1hr Yin session & then a PDF posture guide to show you how the postures look, which you can print out and use when you are practising your Yin Yoga at home.
In total you get:
- 2.5 hours of yoga videos
- 5 hours of yin audios
